"I have visited the hotel for one night with my family on my way home from long distance drive. Here is simple feedback I would like to share. Overall, quite stratify with the location, services and facility except a few moments. Hope this can help you to improve the quality of the service. 1. Quite impressive service from the reception when we arrived and arrange the rooms. 2. BTW, I have recognized one of blanket had with bad smell when we get into bed after coming back from the late dinner. I should ask the change, but I didn't as we were quite tired that night. 3. Next morning when we check out. Little inconvenient found after paying bill when checking out. - I've found overcharged bill from the invoice that I've returned then asked for the correction. - Actually, I've booked two rooms w/ reward points. However, the bill redeemed only one room not the other room. - I thought this should not happen as the reservation system should linked and counted. This probably need to improve via the system. - The correction was quickly performed, and I don't have any problem with this. However, I still didn't receive the money back yet (I assume this will take a few days)"

"Comfortable rooms, although missing some extra hangers or places to hang your towel and clothes. Service was excellent and very welcoming staff. Restaurant was not opened during hours which were specified to be opened, so if you are in a Business trip and it is tired, you might need to look for a place to have dinner. Very good breakfast with a large variety of options."

"Very good service at reception (friendly and very supportive receptionist); however, room cleaning service was very bad. I was informed that my room will be cleaned every 3 days, unfortunately, nothing happened after the first 3 days! Day 4 - although signature had been hanging on the door, again nothing happened. So disappointed. My room had only been cleaned on day 5 after a direct complaint at the reception."

"Not good part - the ironing room was very bad in a toilet. It is not fine if you are ironing your shirt and one of your clothes are touching the toilet floor. Which looked clear. But it is still a toilet. A separated "ironing room" would be highly appreciated."

"The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’m afraid that was the only nice part about my stay at the hotel. There was no air conditioning in any rooms, at this time Stuttgart is in the middle of a heat wave. Temperature over 30* plus every day, I was told I had been given an upgrade room. It was based above an open skip, so although I had to I had worries about leaving the window open day or night. I can’t understand that a hotel that is 4 star doesn’t have air conditioning units in every room. I changed my hotel after 2 days. To ibis Stuttgart city air conditioner in every room in this hotel. I believe that it’s a 2 star. I have been a member for a long time, and this was my first holiday since 2019 due to the pandemic and I had to get cancer treatment. I am a bit disappointed, although I do feel that being a member is best for me in my travels and future travels."

"I'm getting more disappointed in the quality of your bathrooms. This time the watertap on the sink was almost clogged up by lime, resulting in a small amount of water if you open the tap. I'm glad you have the dispensers (shampoo, conditioner and?) in the shower, but the shampoo dispenser was not working. By the way: the room temperature was not satisfying (too hot), are you planning to improve that in the future with equipment/Airco?"

"I stayed in this hotel in the summer and my experience was much better then. Now the elevator was not working, we had to carry our own suitcases up and down 2-3 whole floors! There was very loud drilling that could be heard on all floors for a whole week from early morning until 6pm The heating in the room was not turned on and also not working in the middle of DECEMBER at -5C temperatures. I was sick and kept getting worse during my stay. There was no water kettle in my room to boil hot water No lotion No toothbrush or toothpaste quite literally the basics someone would expect from a hotel Extremely disappointed The one star is only because of the friendly staff"

"I arrived at the hotel on a Sunday at 11 AM. Checkout for the hotel is at 11AM. There was noone else in the entire lobby. I had to wait in the lobby for 2+ hours to get a room. I understand guaranteed check-in is not until 2PM, but I was the only one there waiting for a room and if checkout is at 11 then why does it take over 2 hours to clean a room? The rooms here are tiny and the furnishings are silly: there is an armchair you can sit in to watch TV, but only if you don't mind the hanging lamp hitting you in the head. Some of the TV is covered by the curtain (which you cannot move). The sign in the elevator said the restaurant would be open for dinner but in fact it was not open on Sunday at all."

"The concept and design of the hotel is very pleasant, feels good to look around both in the rooms and the common areas. However, there must be some structural problem with the pipe system because rooms in a certain part of the hotel do smell, even if letting air in for substantial time. Then, warm water outage is never a good thing to wake up to, especially when on a business trip with tight schedules and you don't have time to wait with hairwashing until itis fixed by the service provider. Also, staff needs some counseling because some of them pretend not to see the client and continue to chit-chat, eat in the front office/restaurant area or click their phones."

"The hotel somehow exceeded my expectations. I mainly booked the hotel due to its connection to Stuttgart Center., not wanting to stay right in the city. The U-Bahn station is 250 m from the hotel, 25 mins. ride to the Stuttgart Hbf. Overall it was a good experience, discrete but friendly staff, clean room. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of food to chose from. Can be improved, though. The only thing that bothered me, in my opinion a problem, is the lack of AC in the rooms as It can be very hot in the summer. In May, it was not such a big issue. The passive ventilation in the bathroom is another less satisfying thing. Private Parking possible, price (11 Euros in May 2022) is affordable. In the end I enjoyed it."
