Description
Our hotel offers 26 spacious, non-smoking rooms, each equipped with shower and WC, flatscreen TV, radio, a desk and free internet access (lan as well as W-lan).
Free parking is available directly in front of the building, and there is also a garden with a barbecue grill.
In the mornings, our guests can help themselves to our rich breakfast buffet.
The use of our fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, oven and dishwasher, is availble to self-caterers. A washing maschine and tumble-dryer are also available for use.
Public transport links to the Trade Fair / Congress Center / Stuttgart City Center are only 800m away, and supermarket, restaurant and bank are all within walking distance.

S2 towards "Filderstadt" till stop "Filderstadt", then bus 37 towards "Sielmingen Alemannenstraße" till stop "Sielmingen Schul-/ Sportzentrum", finally 170 m walking distance to the hotel.
Directions
On the motorway A8 exit at Stuttgart - Möhringen in the direction of the Airport, onto the B27, FILDERSTADT, TÜBINGEN-REUTLINGEN, L-E ECHTERDINGEN.
Continue on the B27 and exit at FILDERSTADT-OST. Follow signs for FILDERSTADT-SIELMINGEN.
In the Reutlingerstrasse turn left at the first traffic lights into the Seestrasse, and continue straight ahead at the small roundabout. Boarding Room is the last building on the corner on the right hand side of Seestrasse.
